Easter Eggs and Entrepreneurs Extravaganza at the Farm

Join us Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 12:00 to 4:00 for our First Annual Easter Eggs and Entrepreneurs Extravaganza at the Farm! This event begins at 12:00 with a special market consisting of vendors that are entrepreneurial youth! Come out and support them by purchasing their products. At 2:00 we will have the an epic Easter egg hunt consisting of thousands of eggs hidden in the woods and around the farm. This hunt is estimated to last an hour. One lucky participant will find our GIANT egg filled with many surprises. An official egg count will be taken from each participant and a special prize will also be awarded based on egg count.

At 3:00 we will host the Bunny Hop Event.  Participants will be timed as they hop a course and the fastest time will win our MEGA egg!  To give all participants a chance at victory, time handicaps will be given based on size.

Fresh farm raised pork on our smoker will be available for purchase for lunch or you are welcome to bring your own picnic lunch. Some tables, chairs and other seating will be available around the farm, but you are also welcome to bring your own chairs and picnic blankets.

PLEASE NOTE:

Our farm shares a driveway with our neighbors. Once you navigate to the driveway for 19305 Horse Shoe Road please FOLLOW the parking signs. 

This event will be in the woods!  Please have children wear closed-toed shoes for maximum comfort and to mitigate any sticks or holly leaves pricking feet. 

This event will be held Rain-or-Shine!  Please dress according to the day's forecast.  We will have an event tent set up for cover in the event of an April shower.  If a severe weather is forecasted, we reserve the right to cancel the event.  If this occurs, we will email you to offer a refund of the $5 egg hunt fee, but we will also give you the opportunity to donate the fee to our retreat.  As a nonprofit organzation with a mission to help youth and veterans, we will provide you with a donation receipt for tax purposes.  

We will have seating scattered around the property, however you are welcome to bring your own chairs or picnic blankets.

This event is outside in nature!  We recommend the use of sunscreen and bug spray.  We also encourage you to perform tick-checks when you get home.
